Termination for Convenience and Termination without Good Cause. The Board may terminate this Contract for convenience upon 90 days written notice to the Executive Director/ Chief Appraiser.  If the Board terminates the Contract for convenience, the parties agree that the District shall pay the Executive Director/Chief Appraiser, on or before the termination date, a lump sum severance payment in an amount equal to 1 year annual salary and vehicle allowance under Section IV- Compensation and Benefits including without limitation, District Retirement Plans, and other benefits due under the terms of this Contract.
